Our professionally trained, expert coaches actively coach each class you attend. Personal coaching like this would normally cost a fortune at traditional gyms but is included in all our memberships.

Our program uses only functional movements your body is naturally designed to do, combining elements of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, cycling, rowing and more to improve your fitness in a balanced way.

Free Online Workout Journal
Log your workouts and track improvements through our smartphone app. Monitor your progress, record your personal achievements, engage with other members and get feedback from your coaches.

CrossFit Daedalus is packed with top of the line equipment and rigging to guarantee a pleasant and efficient workout experience.
All our members have access to shower and 2 bathrooms. Our facilities are professional, clean and available before, during and after every session.
Quality Capped Class Sizes
You’re more than a number to us! We want you to get the attention you deserve every session and that’s why all our classes are limited to 16 members at a time. Larger Classes come with more coaches on duty.
